Rivarossi St. Regis Paper Skeleton Log Cars HO Scale Two-Pack Model Train

After over 70 years of success, the St. Paul and Tacoma Lumber Company merged with the St. Regis Paper Company, a world-renowned producer of paper founded in 1899. The Heisler, part of the St. Regis Paper Company's fleet, could be seen pulling logs out of the forests of the Pacific Northwest from the Milwaukee Railroad Line connecting the west to the east, as well as the Northern Pacific.

Adding the Heisler Steam Locomotive St. Regis Paper Company #92 3-Truck Model HR2948 Analog or HR2948S Digital Locomotive to pull these log cars completes the authentic logging locomotive look. Rivarossi, the Italian manufacturer now part of the Hornby Hobbies family of brands, has produced some of the most iconic locomotives in steam, diesel, and electric over the last 50 years.

The fully assembled models feature diecast painted bodies. Included are two skeleton log cars with two different running numbers and 9 logs per car. These skeleton log cars with removable logs and real chain to secure the load feature fine detailing that could regularly be seen being pulled by Heisler, Climax, or Shay locomotives from the woods across the upper Midwest and Western United States in the early 20th century.
